1. What happens if my laptop or tablet size is not indicated in the store?
Please e-mail us and ask us if we can custom make you a sleeve that will fit your laptop or tablet. Please e-mail us the size dimensions by referring to the above diagram and provide us with the A, B, and C lengths.
2. How is a Stuffit Bag made?
Each bag is made carefully handmade in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
3. Does Stuffitbag.com ship laptop or tablet cases outside of Canada?
Yes, Stuffitbag.com ships to international destinations. Additional shipping charges apply.
4. Will I save if I buy in bulk?
We will provide a discount on sales over 10 bags. In order to inquire about these saving please contact us by email.
5. If a Stuffit Bag representative directs me to this purchase, how can I let Stuffit Bag know?
There is a field in the “store” to identify the representative that assisted you.
6. How do I wash my Stuffit Bag?
You can wash your bag in the comfort of your own home, by placing your bag in the washing machine on cold wash and spin cycle. To dry your bag place on a flat surface and air dry.
7. What happens if I am not satisfied with my Stuffit Bag?
Please contact us within 10 days for a complete refund. Shipping prices are not included.
